Learning record

Your connected assistant teaches and assesses answers. Nerdy stores the learning record, source references, and revision schedule. Supply source material directly to your chosen assistant only when you have permission to do so; Nerdy does not receive or process source files. Save only content you are entitled to retain and share.

AI limitations

Tutor explanations, diagrams, grades, and corrections can be wrong. Check important material against reliable sources. Grounding labels describe origin, not verified accuracy. Nerdy is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Control and sharing

Approve the settled understanding before your tutor saves it, and approve a specific replacement before it edits a Kite. Prior versions may be retained for audit. Optional sharing creates an independent copy owned by the recipient; removing your original does not remove their copy.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not access another learner's data without permission, bypass authorization, inject hostile instructions, disrupt the service, or store unlawful content. Nerdy may restrict abusive access or impose reasonable usage limits. Service availability is not guaranteed. You can stop using Nerdy, revoke a connection, export available records, or request account deletion through the app or support.
